All fares and prices on hawaiiinterislandtours.com are subject to availability and Hawaii Inter-Island Tours reserves the right to change prices until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued.

AVAILABILITY & PRICES
Sometimes our products and services are sold out and thus are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Your tour(s) are confirmed when full payment is received and a voucher is issued by Hawaii Inter-Island Tours.

Please carefully check your e-ticket to ensure all times, dates, names and information is correct. Contact us immediately if these are incorrect.

Schedule, prices & features are seasonal, time permitting and subject to change without notice. Hawaii Inter-Island Tours is not be liable for delays, injury, damage, loss or theft to person(s) or property. 

Early morning tours are not recommended for the day after arrival in Hawaii due to possible travel delays en route to Hawaii.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable unless you purchase our Cancellation policy, which allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Due to airline ticket restrictions, tours and packages that include airfare are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The viewing of active lava is not guaranteed. Volcanic fumes (VOG) can be hazardous to your health. Persons with breathing and heart difficulties, pregnant women, infants, and young children are especially at risk and should consult a health care professional before booking a volcano tour. Sturdy, covered walking shoes are recommended. 

Hawaii Inter-Island Tours is not responsible for and will not extend financial reimbursement for delays, traffic, wildlife, volcanic activity, inclement weather, mechanical problems, and/or shutdown of Navy boats at Pearl Harbor. No bags or purses permitted at Pearl Harbor. Storage is available for $3.00 prior to entry. Hawaii Inter-Island Tours is not responsible for long lines and delays which occur frequently at the National Park and other sites. There have been occasions where the Arizona Memorial runs out of tickets. In such cases, guests on land only tours are given the option to reschedule; guests on air tours may reschedule, but will be charged the cost of airfare. 

Access to Ford Island to visit the USS Missouri Battleship and the Pacific Aviation Museum is controlled by the US Navy. The Navy may, at their discretion, deny access or require visitors to provide US government identification or foreign passports. We advise you to bring such identification with you while touring with us.
